European Blues Challenge 2012 - Kulturbrauerei Berlin

Show starts at 8 p.m. each night @ Kulturbrauerei, Kesselhaus, Schönhauser Allee 36,10435 Berlin, Germany.

Each act will perform for 25 min - followed by 5 min change over for the next act.
Total showtime approx. 4 hours.

Saturday after midnight the winner will be announced at the end of the show.
The winner will do another short performance followed by a jam session all night long.

2 nights packed with the best blues from all over Europe!

ARRANGEMENTS & PAYMENT 2012

Active Members should first renew their membership for 2012, before booking a hotel and eventually an arrangement.

Admission to the General Meeting and to the European Blues Challenge is free for ALL active members.
Active Members who have paid the 100,00 EUR membership are entitled to have one representative, meaning one free festival pass for the annual European Blues Challenge for both nights, while Active Members who have paid 200,00 EUR membership (large business/associations & organisations) are entitled to have two representatives, meaning two free festival passes for the annual European Blues Challenge for both nights, but only one vote at the General Meeting.

VIP Arrangements

The VIP arrangement for active members is 95,00 EUR in total.

This fee includes:

lunch & drinks after the General Meeting (45,00 EUR)
dinner buffet & drinks on Friday (25,00 EUR)
dinner buffet & drinks on Saturday (25,00 EUR)

= 95,00 EUR in total.

You will receive a participant pass at the venue when you come to the dinner/show.

Members, who bring their partner/companion, may purchase a VIP pass for their partner for 80,00 EUR.
This will give access to both dinner buffets on Friday (25,00 EUR) and on Saturday (25,00 EUR) at Kesselhaus, as well as to the Challenge on Friday (15,00 EUR) and on Saturday (15,00 EUR).

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Both VIP arrangements are consumption arrangements and not membership fees.

Please make your payment to the EBU account at the latest by February 1st, 2012. Please, put "EBC + name(s)" of the participant(s) on the bank transfer form.
